Prof. Fu Contributes to UNCTAD's Discussion on Green Technologies for Developing Countries

Professor Xiaolan Fu, the Director of the Oxford Technology and Management Centre for Development (TMCD), recently attended the 26th session of the UN Conference on Trade and Development's (UNCTAD) Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD) in Geneva. She participated in the high-level panel on "Technology and innovation for cleaner, more productive, and competitive production." Her speech was related to UNCTAD's Technology and Innovation Report 2023, which drew on Professor Fu's collaborative research on "green windows of opportunity." She also raised seven questions on technology and innovation for the 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs) during the ministerial roundtable.
