OxValue.AI Highly Commended in University of Oxford’s Vice-Chancellor’s Awards 2025

TMCD is proud to announce that OxValue.AI, a spin-out from our Centre, has been highly commended in the Innovation and Commercialisation category of the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards 2025 at the University of Oxford.

This prestigious awards programme recognises outstanding achievements across the collegiate University. OxValue.AI earned distinction for its innovative approach to technology valuation. As noted in the award citation:

“OxValue.AI provides an artificial intelligence (AI)-based, accessible, affordable, objective and accurate technology valuation tool and allows investors, businesses and the governments to better value, assess and acquire technologies. It has market potential, economic benefits and social impacts by supporting small businesses, innovators and small investors and facilitating technology transfer.”

The Vice-Chancellor's Awards recognise the achievements and celebrate success across the University – from academics and researchers to professional, technical and support staff, whether they are in colleges, divisions, departments, central services, libraries, museums or elsewhere. 

There were 160 award entries across the 11 categories this year, with 1,300 individuals included in the nominations. 

The Vice-Chancellor Professor Irene Tracey, CBE FRS FMedSci presented the awards at a special ceremony at the Sheldonian Theatre on 15 May 2025.
