Qianyue Qiao

Qianyue Qiao holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Liverpool and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, as well as a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is primarily interested in the impact of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) on development, with a specific focus on high-tech manufacturing and the digital economy.

Her DPhil research explores the factors driving high-quality international innovation collaborations (IICs) and aims to establish an evaluation framework for assessing and guiding various types of IICs. These findings will be used to determine how they can enhance current STI policies and the national innovation systems of China and other developing countries. Throughout this process, high-tech manufacturing and the digital economy will be specifically investigated.
